Return Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and sealed in original packaging.
  • The original Order ID or Invoice is mandatory for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Consumables once the seal is broken.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Items specifically marked as non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos or videos of the package and product are required for verification. Once verified, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
